Qualifications: A master’s degree or equivalent in finance, environmental policy, economics, or another area relevant to climate finance and sustainable development. Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in climate finance, sustainable development, or investment planning. Experience or knowledge related to Rwanda’s climate finance strategies, policies, and institutional capacities is a strong asset. Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to become familiar with new topics quickly. Excellent written and spoken English skills (the working language is English). Understanding of the local context and networks in Rwanda. Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
