Organization: World Wildlife Fund (WWF) Position: Deputy Lead, Forest Goal Duty Station: Washington D.C., US Deadline for Application: until suitable applicant is found

Experience Requirements: Master’s degree required in relevant field. 12+ years of experience required, including at least 8 years of experience leading and managing projects and/or teams focused on forest conservation. Special Requirements: A high level of interpersonal and influencing skills is required. Must have strong relationship building skills; able to successfully work as part of a high-level, international team. Experience interacting with senior management and other key stakeholders of WWF is required. The ability to effectively prioritize and produce high-quality work under time constraints. Superior communication skills. Able to lead and manage teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to drive to results. Fluency in English required. Other languages are an advantage. Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on program and project management. Must be willing to travel 20% of the time domestic and internationally.
