Term: Full-time, staff position Experience Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen. • Must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level of this position, FSL-03 (GS-13 equivalent).  • Deep knowledge in subject areas of air quality management, energy sector development, and/or climate change.  • Experience with air quality, renewable energy, energy efficiency and climate change programs and issues in a developing country context.  • Experience with integrated, cross-sectoral programs and issues including air quality management, air pollution/GHG emissions analysis, and mitigation planning and policy at national, regional and local scales in developing countries; policies and approaches for reducing emissions from the energy sector and improving its resilience to environmental and climate change impacts; and associated public health and environmental benefits. • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
