Term: 1920 hours Experience Requirements: The contractor will support the U.S. State Department, Oceans Environment and Science Bureau in the administration and oversight of foreign assistance programs to support environmental cooperation programs in selected countries with which the U.S. has negotiated Environmental Cooperation Mechanisms (ECMs). The environmental program administrator will be expected to work 1920 hours to assist in the administration of grants and cooperative agreements including interagency agreements and provide overall office coordination in the drafting new Work Programs or Plans of Action with ECM partner countries.
