Experience Requirements: Required High School or Secondary School education. 2 - 4 years of related work experience, preferably in the conservation, NGO, or advocacy arena. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid attention to detail and strong research and proofreading skills. Ability to function well in a multicultural, diverse, and fast-paced work team environment. Comfortable managing multiple duties and adapting to changing priorities. Service focus. Courteous, tactful, and proven ability to work effectively with others. Ability to work under general supervision and take initiative to solve problems under the supervisor's direction. Experience hosting meetings and webinars using Microsoft Teams, GoTo Meeting, and Zoom. Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel. Preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as international development, sustainable agriculture, and corporate sustainability or up to four years of college-level work. Understanding of landscape/Jurisdictional approaches to conservation, conservation finance, integrated land use management, blended finance Understanding of conservation strategic planning frameworks On-the-ground experience with conservation and development projects Experience in grants management and reporting Ability to coordinate projects across a wide range of stakeholders Knowledge of best practices for monitoring and evaluating projects Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French.
