Experience Requirements: ● You have excellent spoken and written English ● You have a good understanding of civil society organisations and the non-profit sector ● You possess thorough knowledge of climate, energy, and environmental issues ● You have at least ten years experience in climate or energy campaigning ● You have at least three years of line management experience ● You are highly organised, able to balance multiple priorities ● You have a thorough understanding of the European context and of individual European countries ● You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and connect with a broad range of people ● You are confident working remotely with a broad range of people, from different countries, cultures and backgrounds ● You are good at facilitating and supporting the work of others ● You are able to communicate clearly and concisely ● You are proficient in using Google tools (docs, slides, calendar, etc.) ● You are passionate about a healthy, environmentally-friendly and fair society.
