Experience Requirements: Fluent in written and spoken German and English, French is an advantage. University degree or equivalent educational or professional experience. A minimum of 5 years experience in project management in a similar position in the CO₂ market in development cooperation or in a private-sector company with reference to climate-relevant topics and tasks. Work experience with NGOs and private sector would be a plus. Good knowledge of the CO₂ market, interest in climate policy and the CO₂ market mechanisms. Experience in project development and certification as well as proposal preparation. High customer orientation, negotiation skills. Structured, methodical and solution-oriented approach to work Reliable, independent and at the same time a team player, enthusiastic. Self-confident appearance, open, flexible, enthusiasm for climate protection. Experience in working with intercultural and international teams would be an advantage.
