Our client, a rapidly growing entity with over 300MW of renewable energy projects across the world, is looking for a highly detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join their team in London. In addition to opportunities for growth and a hybrid-working model, our client offers a supportive and innovative working environment.

The ideal Procurement Coordinator should have an embedded understanding of:
– Rebates, VAT, payment terms, bill of quantity and
– Can read and translate specs into components
– You would be responsible for the buying and coordinating of these components, communicating and engaging on a daily basis with suppliers, warehouse staff, and transportation companies.

Special Requirements
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS – Bachelor’s degree in relevant field EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS – Previous experience in a logistics and procurement role, managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects – Working knowledge of operational purchasing and supply policies and procedures RESPONSIBILITIES – Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and transportation companies to ensure goods are delivered according to project timelines – Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineering, project management, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication – Generate and process purchase orders and invoices – Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate the flow of information and address any supply chain challenges – Communicate with internal teams to provide updates on order statuses and resolve any issues that may arise – Provide day-to-day support to the site operations team by following up on procurement inquiries and solving supply chain problems SKILLS – Highly detail orientated – Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills – Strong inclination to complete projects independently – Results-driven – Advanced MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
