Research, design, develop, propose, and manage processes and methodologies to propose innovative products, services, and business models within the Commercial Area.

Establish and enhance the financial analysis of Microsol’s innovation and development projects.

Oversee financial, technical, and human resources for innovation project development at Microsol.

Aligne innovation and development processes and projects with Microsol’s strategic objectives.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the organization, suggesting enhancements and fresh prospects to align the innovation and development process with Microsol’s strategic goals.

Offer guidance and technical support to the Commercial Department in exploring public and/or private funding prospects.

Prepare Key Performance Indicators for assessing and overseeing the progress of innovation projects.

Monitor, analyze, and report innovation and development metrics to Senior Management (KPIs).

Perform risk assessments (legal, technical, tax, financial, etc.) on innovation and development proposals.

Promote a culture of innovation and development throughout the entire Microsol team.

Additional activities identified by senior management in accordance with the organization’s needs and requirements.

Special Requirements
– Professionals with degrees in Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, and Systems Engineering, along with a postgraduate degree in Business Management, and/or complemented by a specialized master’s degree in economics and finance. – 10 years of broad professional experience. – 8 years of experience in overseeing technical innovation and development projects. – 4 years of experience in project finance or a master’s in economics and/or project finance. – Experienced in business development with a proven track record of securing financing from financial institutions, multilaterals, foundations, and corporations. – Familiarity with the Latin/Central American context. – Familiarity with carbon markets and a proven passion for environmental and social issues is preferred.
