The National Coordinator will ultimately be responsible for leading the coordination and implementation of CCAC projects and engagement at the national and regional level, including by consulting across ministries and engaging regionally and internationally on SLCP issues. The consultant will support the identification of priorities and needs related to SLCP action building on the CCAC supported Integrated Assessment for Thailand, and support the Government of Thailand’s efforts to implement SLCP mitigation measures and enhance climate and clean air quality policies. The CCAC supported projects include: 1. TH-24-002 – Thailand – Establish a Lower Mekong Regional Hub for Clean Air to enhance harmonized national regulatory capacity. 2. AGR-22-002 – Asia – Accelerating methane reductions in rice production systems through market-based mechanisms (AMR).
