Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience or master’s degree and at least 2+ years of experience.
- Relevant experience: demonstrated experience in and knowledge of clean energy policy, programs, and markets.
- Results driver: exceptional organizational, task management and prioritization skills and ability to execute and deliver on tasks and project responsibilities amidst multiple competing deadlines. Driven by impact and organizational success.
- Critical thinker: ability to identify, analyze, dissect, and explain complex problems, and apply analyses, models, and structures to develop and propose effective solutions.
- Impactful communicator: excellent cross-cultural competency and communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and effectively, and present key points clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing to different stakeholders. Able to lead and facilitate group discussions effectively within and outside the organization.
- Team partner: a “connector” who can work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, identify risks and challenges, and proactively solicit/provide constructive feedback and support.

- Software Skills: advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; understanding of and experience with project management tools (ex. Monday.com) and other software platforms to design and execute program activities.
