Transforma is a leading Colombian-based and forward-thinking think tank with the mission to drive climate action and wider ecological transitions, fostering sustainability, equity, and resilience. We develop analysis; carry out capacity-building efforts; enable actions and transformations at the national, regional, and global levels; and connect key public, private, and civil society stakeholders to drive changes toward sustainable and regenerative societies and economies. As we expand our impact and reach, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team and help shape the future of our organization. The COO will play a pivotal role in guiding Transforma towards achieving its mission and vision. This is a senior leadership position that requires proactivity, a practical approach, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
