We are seeking a power market analyst to help us model the implementation of hour-by-hour matching of carbon-free electricity consumption against power purchase agreements, with Taiwan as one of our focus geographies. The successful candidate will gather inputs from specialised local databases for power market modelling, validate inputs against official high-level statistics and policy documents, run the model, and produce policy grade deliverables. Upon completion of the project, the successful candidate will continue to work on Taiwan and other countries in the East Asia region. Knowledge of Mandarin is mandatory, and familiarity with other Asian language is strongly welcomed.
