Requirements

  • A demonstrated passion for fighting climate change,
  • 2 years’ experience working as a political advocate, with a record of accomplishment of successfully winning change,
  • Recent experience working in Brussels’ policy “bubble”,
  • Detailed knowledge of European climate policies,

Special Requirements
• Excellent organisational and planning skills. • Excellent communication skills in English, both in writing (blogs, articles, technical reports), presenting (public speaking, presentations) and in face-to-face meetings. • The ability to write with precision and attention to detail. • The ability to understand technical material (legislation, charts, reports) and explain it effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. • The ability to learn quickly, be autonomous and take initiatives. • A taste for networking and establishing new professional relationships. • Enthusiasm for working in a small organisation punching above its weight to achieve change.
