The Expert will ensure that Namibia’s LT-LEDS is grounded in the national context. The central deliverable consists of a strategy and an implementation plan that will integrate fiscal analysis, data and policy measures aligned with the Ministry of Finance’s frameworks. As a result, the LT-LEDS will be technically robust, locally feasible and endorsed by finance and planning institutions.
