The NDC Partnership Support Unit is seeking a vendor to develop guidance for developing countries for the 2025 NDC update. The guidance will be developed through both desk research and expert interviews with countries, experts in the climate policy field, and other key stakeholders critical to the successful implementation of national climate targets (e.g. subnational actors, private sector, sectors).
