Appointment as a Research Fellow requires substantial experience in policy-oriented research or related arenas (policy advice, policy formulation, technical assistance), a record of publication and public affairs, and clear evidence of successful development, fundraising and delivery of research projects.
Appointment as a Senior Research Fellow requires that the candidate is recognised as an authority in their own field, capable of providing intellectual leadership and advancing substantive new areas of work. They should have a significant and distinctive body of research and/or advisory work to their name, a record of influential publication and public affairs, plus some experience in management/leadership positions.
