Tasks
- Research, design, develop, propose, and manage processes and methodologies to propose innovative products, services, and business models within the Commercial Area.
- Establish and enhance the financial analysis of Microsol’s innovation and development projects.
- Oversee financial, technical, and human resources for innovation project development at Microsol.
- Align innovation and development processes and projects with Microsol’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the organization, suggesting enhancements and fresh prospects to align the innovation and development process with Microsol’s strategic goals.
- Offer guidance and technical support to the Commercial Department in exploring public and/or private funding prospects.
Prepare Key Performance Indicators for assessing and overseeing the progress of innovation projects.
- Monitor, analyze, and report innovation and development metrics to Senior Management (KPIs).
- Perform risk assessments (legal, technical, tax, financial, etc.) on innovation and development proposals.
- Promote a culture of innovation and development throughout the entire Microsol team.
- Additional activities identified by senior management in accordance with the organization’s needs and requirements.
